The masterclass, introduction, or workshop is interspersed with videos of generations, statements, and small research exercises with the present generations. The upcoming junior generation, the Conscious Generation (2000-2015), and their updates are also covered.
The content touches on themes such as staying up-to-date in aging organizations, working sustainably, revitalizing, being an attractive employer, and driving cultural change from within.
The program is tailored in collaboration with the client. For example, it can focus on specific questions such as, "How can we be an attractive employer for both the youngest and the oldest employees?" In a workshop format, answers can be explored collaboratively with all generations.
The duration can range from a brief 30-minute introduction for managers to a more extensive 2.5-hour workshop involving all generations.
